On Thursday night we decided to go to dinner at Sweet Tomatoes, but instead of just dinner we got a huge surprise. After we had just sat down in walked Danny, Jen, and Maddie. It was a shock to the girls and I to see our friends from Denver walking into our Sweet Tomatoes in Salt Lake City. Seth and Danny had been planning this all week. I was so excited that I cried all through dinner. It was so great to see some familiar faces.

It was Danny's Birthday while they were here visiting so we partied.

Melanie's friend Kasey was in Utah to visit her family, and stopped by for a short visit.

It's been almost two months since we have made the big move to Utah. We miss our family and friends, but we are adjusting to life out here. Melanie started the eighth grade at Union Middle School, she has made lots of new friends and is continuing to get good grades. Rylee began the third grade at East Sandy Elementary, she thinks her teacher is to old to be teaching, but like Mel she is making lots of friends as well. Seth loves his new job as Service Manager with Kone especially the 15 minute commute!! Believe it or not Brandon (brother-in-law) talked Seth into buying a skateboard, and has him going to the skate park. Good thing we have insurance HAHA. As for me, I've been busy painting and decorating the house. Which includes about 10 trips a week to Tai Pan. I have a serious problem!! I'm going back to The Buckle next week, and can't wait to get started. We miss you all.
